Oatfields operates a simple licence fee for 10.5 months each year which gives the mobile home owner the right to use their mobile home and associated services, water, sewerage ,refuse disposal ,park and site maintenance , landscaping and all the facilities in Oatfields for that period. The licence fee also includes electricity usage and participation in Oatfields Children’s Programme and other events.
Oatfields closes from the first weekend in January until the beginning of the February Half Term each year.
Oatfields does not operate a trade up policy which requires mobile homes to be renewed after a period of years. We do request that clients keep their mobile and verandas in pristine condition.
